About the Human First Lens Project

The Human First Lens Project is a self-empowerment and education program from All People Thriving. It’s designed to empower participants to view themselves and others without preconceived labels, assumptions, social expectations, or other types of oppression that often hold us back from reaching our own unique highest and fullest potential as human beings. In addition, the Human First Lens Project promotes diversity, accessibility and inclusion for all people, and encourages us to see others in a way that allows them to reach their own unique highest and fullest potential, too.

About All People Thriving

All People Thriving is a platform for research, education, consulting and advocacy dedicated to empowering all people to reach their own unique highest and fullest potential.

Our mission is to empower all people in the United States of America to fully thrive by utilizing the Integrity Model and Human/Person-First Lens to conduct research and analysis; providing trauma-informed, empowerment-based education and training, offering consulting services for businesses, groups, nonprofits and government agencies based on organization best practices from a variety of industries and fields; and developing, promoting and advocating for human centered policies and systems. Through these efforts, APT intentionally raises awareness about and seeks to alleviate individualized, institutionalized and systemic oppression in all its forms.

We believe promoting individual empowerment, institutional integrity, and human centered policies, systems and laws leads to a world where all people are truly thriving.

What Sets The Human First Lens Project Apart?

Trauma-Informed, Empowerment Based, Evolutionary Content

The Human First Lens Project recognizes all people can learn and grow. It’s designed as a safe learning environment without judgement, fear or blame. In addition, participants are encouraged to offer and share their own lived experiences to improve the Human First Lens Project for future learners and participants if desired.

Transparency and Self-Determination

Participants are encouraged to do additional research and learn about and compare other points of view (if desired). Parents, colleagues, family, friends and co-workers can also see the entire curriculum and provide input and guidance as needed. Employers, nonprofit boards and small business leaders also have complete access to the course contents before becoming a partner. There are no surprises or hidden agendas.

Mission and Vision Focused

As a program of All People Thriving, The Human First Len’s Project’s mission is to empower all people in the United States of America to define and reach their own unique highest and fullest potential – and to see and view others in a way that allows them to define and reach their own unique highest and fullest potential, too. Ultimately, we envision a world where oppression like racism, sexism, homophobia, ableism, and political and religious discrimination no longer exist.
